The Couples Golf Group holds 18- hole weekly events on Tuesday mornings during the active golfing season, April through September. Weekly competitive events include a variety of games, with on-course prizes for closest to the pin (KP), longest and straightest drive. August brings an afternoon, fun-filled, 5- hole “Horserace” competition, where couples compete in an alternate shot format for prizes and bragging rights, followed by an informal social event at the club. The season concludes in late September with the Couples Club Championship, which is a 36- hole competition. The championship winners are honored at the annual end of season Awards Banquet held in October. Along with the weekly golfing events, there are monthly club sponsored after hours social events, such as informal dinners to allow members to get together to enjoy a fine meal at our club.
Couples are defined as a male and a female, not necessarily from the same household. If you are interested and do not have a couple’s partner, notify the golf shop and the staff will assist to help you find a partner.
