Head Golf Professional Tyler Sweet
Tyler is new to the
Pacific Northwest golfing circle, and is originally from British Columbia, Canada. Prior to his position
at SunLand, Tyler worked at Ledgeview Golf Club, Newlands Golf & CC and Riverside Golf Center in
British Columbia.
Tyler is an active player and
competes in many PNWPGA events. At the 2005 Olympic Pro-Am, he posted scores of 66-67 to finish second at
11 under par. He was a member of the 2005 North South Cup matches in Washington. He played 3 years of golf for Douglas
College in Westminster, BC.
Tyler and his wife Stephanie
moved to Sequim in 2004 to raise their newborn son Benjamin. He became the Assistant Pro at SunLand Golf
& Country Club in June of 2004. Stephanie graduated from Sequim High School before attending Saint
Martin's College on a golf scholarship.
