Associate Membership - Non-Resident Associate (revised 3-12-2010)

Description:       

• Members must live beyond a 50 mile radius of SunLand.
• If members acquire a residence for personal use within the 50 mile radius, they have 90 days in which to convert to a full Equity Membership.
• Non-Resident Members pay 50% of the Unlimited Golf Equity Membership.  They receive a 50% reduction on golf options.  The Café Obligation is 50%.
• Swimming Pool use costs an extra $100 annually.

 

Private Golf Club Support:

• All rights and privileges of Equity Members.

 

Restrictions:

• Because Associate Members are not Equity members, they cannot vote in SunLand G&CC elections.

 

Annual Dues:

Initiation Fee Contributed Capital	See Rate Sheet
Single	See Rate Sheet
Family	See Rate Sheet

Café Obligation:

Amount must be spent at the SunLand Café.  Member will be charged the difference.

Single -  $100 per year

Family - $150 per year
