Modest Price to Join - Inexpensive Dues

SunLand Golf and Country Club is owned entirely by the members and is non-assessable. FULL PROPRIETARY MEMBERSHIPS are based on a floating price schedule. Memberships are now selling for around $3,000. (Please contact us for the current price).

A NON-RESIDENT ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP is available for new members living outside a 50 mile radius of Sequim. The current selling price for this type of membership is 50% of the current float price of around $4,000, which comes to $2000 at this time. Dues are calculated at 50% of Full Propriety Membership dues. This membership must be converted to a full membership if the member moves inside the 50 mile radius, or acquires a residence within a 50 mile radius. Even though he/she may not live there full time, he/she must convert to a Full Propriety Membership.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIPS are available. These are non-equity (no voting rights on golf club business) memberships, available for a $100 initiation fee and annual dues of $295. The membership includes 6 rounds of golf per year, the option of attending all club social events, members discount in the Pro Shop, and the use of the club's grill, lounge, etc.
